Sony Xperia Z2

Well in today's world everyone one is competing and here We will see Xperia z2 against Samsung Galaxy 5S and HTC M8

Talking about Samsung galaxy 5s than u gets that octa core processor, fingerprint scanner,Water proof body,Improved camera and that original Samsung galaxy design if you see all devices from Samsung look like the same.

Now HTC M8 well everyone knows that feature in hTC and it's dual camera to give depth and 3D effect but same 4mp ultra pixel camera and which lacks in detail in bright sunlight. It has hTC sense and it is great and the body is also appealing but bad is that UPixel camera they are not that much as expected. Sound is too loud and it beats all Samsung and Xperia Z2 in this department

The device is eye catching but not on the par with hTC M8. You are having all that volume keys, lock key,3.5mm audio jack, micro USB port for charging and to connect to PC.Design is having all that glass body which really looks amazing.

Display

It is having 5.2 inches IPS display with the resolution of 1920x1080 (424ppi pixel density), 16.7 million colors and Sony's Triluminous display with x reality. Display is good if you consider previous Xperia z and z1 they had bad display here also it's good but colors  look like unreal and over saturated but it nothing you will notice that easily.

Os and Processor 

It runs on latest android 4.4 kit kat, it has Adreno 330 and Qualcomm MSM8974AB Snapdragon 801 CPU Quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 processor.

Camera (photos and video recording)

Every mobile company are trying to give more and more megapixel in camera and here also the same. It has 20.7mp camera with led flash and Sony's Exmor mobile image sensor. It has 2.2mp secondary camera and 20.7mp camera is really good the pictures taken through this Z2 are having great details. The camera can record videos in 4k, full hd or 720p resolution and the 720p is actually slow motion recordIng with 120 frames.

Connectivity

Z2 is having Bluetooth 4, wifi, wifi hotspot, 3G,2G, otg ,wifi direct, NFC, GPS and etc-etc.

Memory and storage 

Sony has provided 16gb internal storage and can expand up to 128gb via micro SD card. It has 3gb of ram and here you get more ram compare to hTC M8 and Samsung Galaxy S5. Out of 16gb user gets 12gb for use and it comes with 59 preloaded apps and if you want than some application can be deleted. 

Multimedia 

Well this device can play all format of music and videos thrown to it like full HD,Xvid, MP4.

Other features 

ANT support, SNS integration, active noise cancelation with dedicated mic, Document viewer and Photo viewer and editor. It has that waterproof and dust proof body nothing just this but you are getting smart-band that actually record your activities and sent to your smartphone . It will wake you up by vibrating that smart band  and it's water proof so nothing to worry for wearing it . 

Battery

It has 3200mAh Li-ion non-removable battery. Which gives standby time up to 690hrs in 2G and 740hrs in 3G.

On 2G it will give talk time about 15hrs and on 3G it will give 19hrs and music play up to 120hrs. Talking about the battery than Sony has included stamina mode which actually conserves the battery by choosing which application should use internet and all but it's not the new one to market as windows mobile and apple iPhone have this type of software and it really works in conserving battery and this Z2 is also conserving battery through that stamina mode.

Verdict

Sony Xperia is great divice and Sony tried hard on that display it's a really a great device with that waterproof and dust proof body it also have the zippy speed no problem with processor infact 3D games and high resources games plays smoothly without any lag so if you want to buy this smartphone than go with it , it's nice device to have and it's best ever smartphone from Sony .

Nokia Lumia 520 so much for so less.

Lumia 520 is the low end smartphone offered by Nokia with windows phone 8 os. It is the cheapest windows phone out there with windows phone 8 os, but don't go on it's cheapness because it's worth every penny you spent. You will not just love the phone but colors also because nokia is giving too many glossy colors to chose from, yellow, red, cyan, white and black.

It comes with IPS display measuring about 4"WVGA touch screen with the resolution of 480x800 pixels (~233ppi pixel density) and with 16 million colors. It's touch screen is so sensitive that you can use it with wearing a gloves or with your fingernail.

When it comes to camera, you will not miss anything accept the flash light. The 5mp shooter at the back take's nice crispy images and u can zoom it up to 4x. You get features like touch focus, auto focus, white balance, Geo-tagging, image editor, smart shoot, panorama, active toolbar, capture modes, screen modes, cinegraph lens, panorama lens, and if u think it's too less, than you can also download the more lens over the internet. Coming to video recording, you get the resolution of 720x1280 HD with up to 30 frames per second.

Nokia lumia is faster mobile, thanks to it's 1Ghz qualcomm krait dual core processor. It has qualcomm MSM8227 chipset with GPU Adreno 305.When it comes to storage, Than nokia is giving 8GB of internal storage with 512MB of ram and microSD, up to 64GB.

Connectivity on nokia lumia is a great offering with fast internet and features. It has2G, EDGE, 3G HSDPA up to 21.1Mbps with HSUPA 5.76Mbps. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual band with Wi-Fi hotspot. Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP,opp1.1, PBAP 1.0, AVRCP 1.4, GAVDP 1.2, etc. Micro USB v2.

Navigation on nokia is step ahead with nokia maps, known has here maps. It is the map which u can use offline, means without internet connection and it will navigate you, with it's A-GPS and Glonass.

Multimedia options are too many, you can play HD videos and most format of videos and songs are playable on lumia 520.You are also getting nokia music for free with 3months free subscription on this device with online mix radio, music which you can download.

When we comes to battery department, we know's how it will be, because nokia is offering this device with 1430 mAh battery (BL-5J) Stand by up to 360 hrs and talk time up to 14h 40min (2G) and up to 9h 40min (3G)

Other features it consists are Active noise cancellation with dedicated mic, 7GB free skyDrive storage, office 360, voice memo / dial / commands etc.

Cons: screen is little bit dull, 512mb ram does not support high end apps, no led flash for camera,.
